Toastie with pear and brie
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Lay the slices of bacon side by side on a sheet of baking paper on a baking tray and cover with a second sheet of baking paper. Press flat and cook the bacon in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Use a melon scoop to remove the core from the Migo® pear half and slice it thinly. Cut the spring onion into rings, the brie into thin slices and roughly chop the walnuts.
- Butter the slices of bread on both sides. Layer 2 sandwiches with slices of pear, bacon, slices of brie, walnuts and spring onion. Top with a slice of bread.
- Fry the toasties two at a time for about 10 minutes in a frying pan over a low temperature with the lid on. Turn over half-way through.
