Sandwich with Migo® pear & parma ham
Ingredients
1 Migo® pear
8 thick slices of wholemeal bread
2 tbsp of apple-pear syrup
100 g of soft goat’s cheese
8 slices of parma ham (approx. 100 g)
50 g of watercress
Preparation method
For 4 people
Preparation time: 10 min
1. Remove the core. Cut the Migo® pear into thin slices with the skin on.
2. Spread a thin layer of apple-pear syrup on 8 slices of bread.
3. Crumble (or spread) the soft goat’s cheese across half of the bread slices. Place 2 slices of parma ham and the slices of pear on top. Divide the watercress across this and finish off with another slice of bread. Press the sandwiches down lightly. Pack in a lunch box or serve immediately.
